Booking and Cancellation Policy

Appointments

Appointments can be scheduled online or via WhatsApp.

Appointments are 45 minutes - 1 hour long, late arrivals may result in a shortened session to avoid delaying other patients.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of treatment unless prior arrangements have been made.

We accept card payments or electronic transfers (EFT).

Rescheduling & Cancellations

If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice.

Commitment to care

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Late cancellations and missed sessions prevent other patients from receiving timely care. We appreciate your cooperation and respect for our therapists' time.
