Booking and Cancellation Policy

Advance Booking Deposit
To secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit of R500 is required at the time of booking.
This deposit will be applied toward the cost of your treatment and is payable once per appointment.
Final Payment
The remaining balance for your session is payable at the clinic after your treatment.
Rescheduling
While the R500 deposit is non-refundable, it may be transferred to a new appointment date provided that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
No-Shows & Late Arrivals
If you fail to attend your appointment without prior notice, it will be recorded as a no-show and the deposit will be forfeited.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late and we are unable to accommodate your session, the appointment will also be treated as a no-show.
Same-Day Cancellations
Cancellations made on the same day as your appointment, as well as missed appointments, will result in forfeiture of the deposit. A new deposit will be required to book another session.
Extended or Specialized Sessions
Certain treatments or extended sessions may require a higher deposit. This will be communicated at the time of booking. These deposits are also non-refundable but may be transferred with sufficient notice.
How to Cancel or Reschedule
To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us via phone call or WhatsApp only.
Replies to automated emails or messages will not be accepted as valid cancellation notices.
