I cannot recommend Tyla enough. She is so knowledgeable and incredibly strong. She listens to you and manages to resolve issues others have struggled with in the past. Also, cannot recommend her sports massages enough. I always walk out feeling like a new human!

Tayler Poole

Great experiences with Tyla, even though her main focus is on sports injuries, she has really helped me with managing my spine post surgery. Pilates classes are also fantastic. Highly recommend!
